Nothing too much trouble, thank you very much for a real good stay.

The room was brand-new, for the table. It met needs. The venue was set in the central position really close to restaurants, Pigeon Forge.

The room was warm and impressive, the hotel was clean. The staff was decent and everything was really good, we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were with a good fridge.

This is a stunningly beautiful 3-star hotel with its excellent service and brand-new rooms. Helpful, efficient staff and a clean swimming pool.

The hotel is hip new and fairly clean with outstanding food and decent staff. The rooms are impressive with a good fridge and the overall experience is very pleasant.

The hotel was fairly clean and the pool was nice. The continental breakfast was warm with lots of items to choose from.

Central location adjacent to the river as well as attractions and restaurants, it was in a very nice area. Local fast food option Five Guys was 25 minutes walk away.

The hotel was fairly clean and our room was cheap. The venue took care of the amazing service. There was a pool with a hot tub and a whirlpool too. We both greatly enjoyed the food; it was fresh and had plenty of options.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a good area, close to Gatlinburg as well as the river. The continental breakfast was hot, I thoroughly enjoyed that it offered variety of meals.

I loved that it was neat and old renovated, the staff were absolutely amazing and rooms were functional. Try excellent dishes served at the indoor restaurant. The location was optimal, near to stores, the river. Also, Christmas Place was just a few steps away from the hotel.

Hotel is romantic, and fairly clean, there's well-maintained pool and the location is perfect close to everything.

The location was absolutely perfect, the rooms were soundproof. We had breads and eggs for breakfast and it was fine. Enjoyed Pigeon Forge, the hotel was interesting. Fast check-in, late check-out.

It was unforgettable stay, I did not want to leave there and would go back in flash. Incredibly convenient location, recently refurbished rooms, efficient staff. The breakfast was good hot, they served great meals.

all in all the stay was lovely, we would stay here again. the hotel was spotlessly clean and convenient, loved the comfy beds. we had free breakfast with several options.

It made our trip to Pigeon Forge an enjoyable experience. Extremely clean hotel, cozy beds, delicious breakfasts and superb staff. Room was efficient and very affordable, with free wifi. We loved gorgeous views.

Worth its 3 stars. Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent, and location was beautiful. Moreover, free Wi Fi in all rooms was awesome. Stopped by Gigi's Cupcakes to get some coffee and treats, it's 4-6 minutes walking distance the venue, recommend.
